Full-Body Strength + Mobility Training
3 days x 60-75 minutes
Gear: Full Gym (Barbell + Squat Rack or Dumbbells, Bench, Pull-up Bar)

Go way beyond the gainZ attainable through group classes or kettlebell & dumbbell strength workouts.
Get your joints feeling buttery-smooth and strong in the process.
INCLUDES:

3 days x 45-60 minutes
Gear: 2-3 Sets of Dumbbells (light, medium, heavy).

DONE with feeling tight & stiff, and ready to mitigate your injury risk in the process
Ready to move & look better doing daily life adventures
INCLUDES:
